Especially for older adults, regular exercise can help them stay independent, happier and prevent many health problems that come with age. So WCSA organized many clubs and classes in order for the members to take part in regular physical exercise in groups and regular getting-together activities. These clubs and classes were highly appreciated by the members, and very well received by the public.
